Cooking Class


Hi! My first action for my exhibition, healthy lifestyles, was a  healthy cooking class!

I invited my friends to learn how to make a healthy,simple and tasty meal.

My goal is to show kids that is easy to make something healthy, instead of junk food.

Now you can surprise your parents with a yummy and healthy meal.

We made Pasta with vegetables! It was great and yummy!!

Hi! I had a very interesting interview at MedPoint (http://www.medpointpty.com/) ,  with  a pediatrician Dra.Ana Gabriela, and a professional nutritionist Dr.Ariel.


We talked about Panamanian nutrition politics, nutrition in Panamanian schools,  nutrition in childhood, habits of alimentation in families,  why children worry about their nutrition and what are the most important thing sin nutrition you can never forget.

Introduction - Healthy Lifestyle



This blog is about Healthy Lifestyle on children between ages 8-12 years old.


A  healthy lifestyle is a balanced way of living your life on several aspects, such as healthiness, intellectual and spiritual well - being. 


However I am going to focus my work on two main topics, that are nutrition and exercise. In this blog I want to address that children between ages 8-12 have better nutrition and exercise habits.
